The article describes the main factors development manufactures of sugar to Naddnepryans’ka Ukraine in creative heritage of academician K.G.Voblyi’s (1876-1947). In the article the state of scientific development of historiography of sugar industry is investigated. The contribution of the scientist to the organization of economic education and National Academic Science of Ukraine is determined. The directions of scientific work of the Seminar for studying the national economy of Ukraine are considered. Manuscript works of academician K.G.Voblyi’s the scientist devoted to the study of the history of sugar production in Ukraine are investigated. The author analyzed the dynamics of increase of quantity of sugar factories and factors which assisted manufacture of sugar, in particular to Naddnepryans’ka Ukraine is investigated. The features of the geographical location of sugar factories are highlighted. The dynamics of development of sugar industry in the region is proved based on relevant statistics. The author the article defined the main aspects of the activities of large Ukrainian fair trade. The conditions of labor of workers in the sugar industry are investigated. The measures used by the tsarist government to subordinate the Ukrainian sugar industry to the Russian Empire are analyzed. The main stages of the technical revolution are highlighted on Ukraine in the second half of the 19th — the beginning of the 20th century. The main directions of development of technology and technology of sugar industry, offered by the academician are considered. Analyzed of scientific researches K.G. Voblyi’s the economic potential of Naddnepryans’ka Ukraine is revealed. Actuality of scientific works of academician K.G. Voblyi’s for modern scientific researches on economic and agrarian history of Ukraine is determined.
